Your question is not specific enough but I guess it is something to do with specific immune response where the variable region of the antibody on a B cell has the complementary shape to the antigen on a myeloid leukaemia cell. The shape of the antibody is specific to the shape of the antigen, this is why it only binds to specific antigen.
