Its a very simple answer, but things ALWAYS get better. I was depressed for 4 years. I am now happy. You will also be happy eventually. Just let time go by and carry on, even though you feel like crap. All those anti depressants are very hit and miss and can sometimes make things worse. I know its not great advice or what not but hobbies will help and integrate you into groups, especially exercise. Boxing, gym, football, tennis, anything.
