    1. get some bread.
    2. and some butter and cheese.
    3. and lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
    4. add copious amounts of 3 to 1 using 2 to stick together.
    5. cut into triangles
    6. eat.
    7. repeat as necessary.

I'm having Spicy Breaded Chicken and chips tonight, and pouring Bisto Cheese Sauce over the breaded chicken. Although, that's probably not that healthy...

Put some chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes (cherry ones are best) corgette, aubergine and whatever else you fancy in a roasting tray. Plop some bits of chicken on top. Put a little water in the bottom, drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle some herbs, salt, pepper over it all and bung it in the oven. Smush it all up every so often so nothing dries out.
Eat it with pasta, cous cous, rice, potatoes, whatever you fancy...

    Grill some chicken breasts.
Grill or roast some red pepper and onion.
    Boil some Cous Cous.
Add some kind of sauce, depends on what you like.

Et voila, a yummy yet healthy meal , well I like it anyway :p:

Make some bolognese and you can have it with a whole range of different things - rice, pasta, jacket potato... etc.

Blatantly not telling you this because i'm eating it tonight... :ninja: :p:
