UCAS personal statement - after failing being withdrawn from the course

I was studying for a nursing degree and I was withdrawn from the course after failing one of the modules. Now I need to apply to other universities for the same course. On my personal statement do i need to include that i was withdrawn from the course after after failing?

you would have to mention it in your education section of your ucas form and to be honest it's possible that they would reject you due to failing in the past. Did you appeal the failed module?
