Doing what activities or exercise? If that's the case, you shouldn't be gaining weight.

Very few people spend hours each day in the gym, save for athletes and body builders.

Size 10 at 5ft 4" is slim. You talked about wanting to be a size zero? Presumably you think that's attractive? Let me tell you that the majority of boys do not find a bony figure with no boobs or butt attractive.
Ellie, I think you have serious problems with body image and food. I'd suggest talking with your GP and asking for a referral to specialised mental health services. You are damaging your own body by exercising excessively, seriously restricting your diet and taking laxatives.

You dont have a clue about how to lose weight healthily or how it even works.
I'm around the same height and build and I'm size 12, trust me hun you're not fat.]

You may have an eating disorder.

hi I am a size 10 and I feel really fat, started doing the cabbage soup diet but it has been making me feel weird, is this normal

If you are a size 10 I doubt you are overweight or fat at all. I certinally woudn't think you need to go on any extreeme diets. Any fatness you feel you have is probably just a natural belly which you could improve with toning exercises like crunches or hulahooping. Your gym may have trainers who you can talk to about exercises to help tone the body you have so you feel better without becoming underweight or engaging in any crazy diets or other weight loss techniques.

You can go on the NHS website to check your BMI and see what that says about your weight. I would suggest talking to a doctor before dieting especially if you are teenage as a lot of diets do not give you the nurtition you need and could lead to issues with mental ability, energy levels, development and general health.
I think you most likely have some sort of confidence issue (most people do) which is making you feel fat rather than actually being fat. You might find it beneficial to work on your self-esteem and how you feel about yourself. You can find advice online for most stuff by googling it but mind.org might help.

Given your comments I think it could be beneficial for you to see a doctor to get a referal to somebody who can help you with your self-image. You sound like you are putting a lot of pressure on yourself and that can't be nice for you. Being size zero is unealthy and for a lot of people is just plain impossible becaus eof their bones. And quick weight loss methods are often short lasting and cause more health problems than they are worth.
If you see somebody they won't just want you to eat loads and not care about your image, they will work with you to get you happy with yourself and a healthy build.
