Would having a part time job whilst being in sixth form increase your chances of gaining an offer from university, how much would it effect their decision ?

I didn't have a job and never have had one, yet they offered me a place. It depends whether it gives you experience, I guess. It certainly can't hurt.

Correct grammar, particularly in your personal statement, will affect their decision more.

Do we put (paid) internships down on the "employment" part of the form?

Yes, but if it's relevant to your course you may want to expand on it in your PS too

What if it was only for like... a month? Seeing as you put your "date" in monthly intervals, does it seem weird to put it down then? (I've done more internships than I want to expand on in my PS since a couple of them are irrelevant, but I still want them to know I've done them.)

Also, unrelated but in the "education" section do we put also our current school that we're attending? So do we just talk about the end date as being when we're supposed to be graduating...? Also, if we haven't gotten any of those "formal qualifications" yet, but will by next July, we still tick "yes" right?

Thanks so much. Sorry for asking such basic questions My school is utterly confused and knows less than I do since the entire system is built for kids going to the US...

It makes no difference at all unless it is relevant to your course.

Show time management, but the majority of Universities are interested in your academic results.

Unis really won't care about part time jobs. They're good to write about in your personal statement to show you have certain skills like teamwork, organisation, time management, responsibility etc, but that's it.
