I am thinking of having my english lit/langauge remarked:
Got B (145) in literature (7 marks less of getting A)
Got C (350) in language (10 marks less of getting B)
Do you think it worth having re-marked since its not only one or two marks off?

If you did OCR then I could offer some help, I have no idea with AQA (I assume).
But yes, you could go down a grade, and even though English is subjective, I doubt you'll get that many marks, so you'll probably just be wasting your money.

99/100 - A*
similar type of other marks in our school - do they sometimes mark a module totally wrong?

Doubt it, the examiner marks it and then marks are added up and checked.
I got 33/40, 100/100 and 54/60 in Lit
90/90, 90/90, 53/60 and 54/60 in Lang
