I want to get my smiley pierced but I can't seen to find a place that will do it for less than £35. Could anyone recommend a place that has a really good price, reputable and hygienic in either north or east London??

You get what you pay for. If you want them to be clean, well, that takes money - they need to pay for the cleaning products, the staff, the training, the electricity to run the autoclave etc. If you want cheap then they're going to have to cut corners somewhere.
