Why do I feel like this?

Why is it, when I see my ex (on social media), or see my ex with her boyfriend I feel sick, upset and distant?

Does this mean I'm not over her?

I'm with someone else and I'm happy with her, but I don't understand what this means.

Does this feeling ever go?
The feelings go if you give yourself the space to get closure.

Block your ex on social media and try to move forward :smile:

I'll try my best, I'm not helping myself by being like this, thats for sure.

See I don't have her on any social media, but I find myself going on her tumblr, and such social media accounts.
She was my first love, and she wants nothing to do with me now which is heartbreaking

I'm sorry to hear that!

All the same, you need to stop yourself looking in on her life (In whatever form) If it is not helping you come to terms and only making you more upset
