Northumbria 2017 Entrants: Get your questions answered here!

Hi, I'm just wondering whether we're able to bring people who're not at uni to freshers with us? Especially to the events that we'll be attending using the freshers wrist bands? I would like to take my boyfriend with me, but he's not a uni student.

The events aren't run by the uni but by promo companies. I'm being some of my friends along before they all leave.
If they have a ticket or wristband then they can attend the events

Hey all,

I'm a fourth year student at Northumbria and I'm continuing my yearly tradition of answering your questions! Ask me anything you need an answer to (if I can't answer a question I'll point you to someone who can), whether its course-related, something about university accommodation or a general query. If you're coming here from one of the other threads, same rules apply .

Because I've gotten a lot of accommodation related questions in the past, I've made a map of university-contracted and private student halls and added some estate agents on there for good measure, so you can pick your favourites without having to do lots of searching!

I know there's an official uni account as well as some hall accounts poking round this board. If you guys have any queries (e.g. "can you add our accommodation to the map" please DM me.

I'll also be updating this post with answers to common questions and new announcements, so be sure to check back often!
