Would you date someone with children?

How would you feel if you met someone who you liked but they had kids? Would you think twice before getting involved?

I don't think it'd bother me actually. Not been in that situation though, so I don't know.

have done - twice and its a pain especially if the children start getting attached. If you guys break up the kids get hurt worse than anything.

when i was 18 i dated a women who wa s30 she had a kid and i loved the little kid like he was my own, the sweetest child going. I think he was hurt more than us when me and her broke up and i moved to enlgand not long after

Umm its not ideal to be honest, but if I really liked them then I wouldnt rule it out. As another poster has said as there are kids involved both parties have to think about it abit more as if the kids get attached then that just makes things harder when/if you end up breaking up...

Well, at the moment if someone has kids I probably wouldn't date them because the likeliness is that they are way too old for me anyway. However, I doubt it would actually bother me either.
