Do Unis care about really care about GCSEs?
My GCSEs weren't that good as I got 2 As and 6 Bs but does that hinder my chance of going to a good university provided I do good at A level?
I would like do computer science or economics/accounting and finance
I'm not applying to Oxbridge,Durham,LSE etc but I would like to apply to UCL, Manchester, KCL, etc

No, not at all. The only other grade that universities care about other than your final 2-year a level grade is your as level, provided the are okay with that then you should be absolutely fine. Good Luck
