College Curfews

Hi, me again,

I know this might be dependent upon the specific college, but do students living in Cambridge accommodation ever have to abide by a curfew?

no. they'll only shut certain entrances after a given time. But then the students of that college are usually given a key/card which allows them to get in some other way.

As Willa says, there are no curfews. You can do what you like, when you like. Entrances etc. are shut (at varying times) for security purposes, but there is always a way in for students.

I think Principals/Masters/Deans of colleges can impose curfews upon individual students for rubbish behaviour (as a punishment), but I've only heard of this happening once. It's certainly not usual. Your college is your home...and you may come and go as you please (mostly).
