Media

So I have put Media studies as one of my A level courses, has anyone done this subject? I
if so...is it a good subject? What is involved? what are your views on it?
I currently study it at a gcse level and I find it pretty interesting that's why I took it.

(I have also picked combined English language and lit, history and sociology.)

A level media studies is not very well respected. Prehapes you could consider just concentrating on English language and lit, history and sociology?
