No because Trump will ditch Turkey in favour of Russia. Why would we support Turkey after it their support for IS and attacks on Kurds?

Russia isnt just going to declare war. there will be intense diplomatic contact.
they dont know who the killer was, so its pointless blaming Turkey. it coyld be IS or someone from the Syrian opposition, whom the Russians have been bombing. In that case wit would eb a little silly to attack urkey if they arent to blame.

You sound excited about war though.

The equivalent of that would be assassinating Vladimir Putin, not some poor ambassador. It's not as though Turkey is a province of a Russian Empire either so comparisons can't really be made.

There won't be a WW3, because nobody can be arsed. Times have changed and one gunman won't cause another world war, Russia isn't rich enough, the USA is too unstable with the changing over of presidents, and we can't face the economy coming down over one murder. Sure, tensions will increase, and it definetly looks like Cold War 2.0 with the added twist of Trump, but all I can say is calm down, because we aren't going to war.
of course it was going to bloody well happen, people have been waiting for any excuse to start another war

bring it on i say, hurry up and kill us all. tired of living on this sh-tty place called earth!
