Substituting Uni Choice

Hi everyone,

I wanted to change one of my ucas choices, but have gone over 7 days of submitting my application (I sent it in November) does anyone know how to change a uni choice that I am still waiting on?
I think you have to call them in order to change it, what's the normal process for this? Is it an automated message or a person speaking to you? Any info you should have on-hand ready for the call?
