Something I could improve on -Sleeping early and sleeping wellWhenever I'm heading off to bed or after I've finished distracting myself with work/tsr/life, I read for a bit and then it all comes flooding back I think I need to work on having more time to myself in the day and try to use this thread and some advice on how to do it all better
