OH I helped my EPQ classmates with their PowerPoint animations :rofl: PowerPoint is amazing :coma:
I did all the practical work for my pair because my classmate was feeling very ill/stressed :cube:

Thanks! Was alright, got out of marching too :tongue: I apparently have a solo piece to learn by the beginning of february though which given my current level of practice (none) and no rehearsal next week could be interesting. Ah well :lol:

Will soon! Maybe :redface: not got the concentration or memory to follow it or have a clue what's going on really but will try :colondollar:

What I'm grateful for over the past few days




Clothes, a roof over my head, clean water, company
Music
Orchestra
Food
Friends + Classmates :rofl: they make lessons so fun omg XD

A random act of kindness I've done


Helping my sister with maths
Tutoring physics :smile: Started up again and she's getting the hang of vectors :thumbsup:

Helped my Mum with her email :rofl:

Brother played Uno with me :smile:
Mum took me to the dermatologists :redface:

Things I did well/What I've achieved



Didn't eat too much today - was going to eat lots of maltesers but rationed myself
Got some maths done but not enough :frown:
Organised/tidied
Printer now is fully functional :borat:
erm I bought a new phone case
It is exactly the same but the fact I remembered to buy one is impressive lel
Practised so that in orchestra there was an improvement :smile:

Took a few 'naps'
Just lying in bed, closed my eyes a bit, tried to calm down as much as possible :colondollar:

A random act of kindness I've done


Tried my absolute hardest ( :redface: ) to update this daily and practised mindfulness more than I have in a year in a month (ie: twice :colonhash:)
This has inspired me to do it more often :wink:

@the bear @Plagioclase thank you guys SO much because I got 99% in my C3 remock and an 38/40 in my C4 test
Sorry for mithering you all the time but it paid off so :hide: Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!

Things I did well


Was able to put stuff in each thing for each day and erm lets say we had our downs but they were counteracted by more ups :wink:

Something I could improve on


Practising mindfulness more often :yy:
Realising all the goods and not focusing on the bads
Not eating all the malteasers in a day :rofl:

What I've achieved today


Didn't die on 4 hours sleep :lol:
Handed in my EPQ
Had an OK Chemistry test
Consumed lots of sugar :yy:

What I've done to look after my mental health


Long walk :smile:

Something I have to look forward to


SLEEP and updating my GYG blog (finally) on Wednesday
An early pinta game
The end of a blissful era that was this blog

Yet again, many thanks for tuning in, I hope you have enjoyed and been encouraged by the positiviTEA (tea is lyfe) on this thread and on others.

Massive shoutouts to other people's blogs who I've loved such as @claireestelle and you lot who I've tagged (you know who you are :mmm:) also anonymous 1 + 2 :wavey:
