Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics (if you love maths)
English Lit, English Language, History and one language ( if you love writing plus want to be a lawyer)
Chemistry, biology, physics and Maths ( if you want to do medicine/ biochemistry )

It depends on which subjects you like the most. For me, I prefer maths and science. STEM subjects are now become increasingly popular. But if you really want to get to top unis, look at their list of 'soft' alevels they wont accept, some wont even accept sociology or/and psychology.

Maths for sure.

However, if you're not a maths person and want something more essay based, history is a good one (so freaking hard tho)
