I am going to take part in this challenge, and hopefully realise there are things im greatful for each day! I will be gollowing a general list of topics but i may pick and chose depending on how im feeling each day...

  • A random act of kindness I've done
  • A random act of kindness someone has done for me

So starting to 19/12/2016

What im greatful for!
Im greatful that i have a job with lovely work collegues and understand my needs and are super supportive tpwards me!

ROK from others!
Quite a few customers at work put back shopping (so i didnt need to) and 1 lady even told me someone left their change and instead of pocketing it herself she kept it!

What did i achieve?
Lots! Had a bust day at work doing overtime on top of my 5 hour shift, and as extra work i cleaned some shelves which is a small job but in a busy supwrmarkwt is needed!

What am i looking forward to?
My interview tomorrow for what is my perfect job, and christmas on Sunday!

I shall see you guys tomorrow for day 2!

What im greatful for!

Dodnt get the job :sadpanda: but the person that got it had more experience which is fair enough so only half gutted

Having amazing family and friends. Not a day goes by where i dont talk to a supportive person, and that really helps me through the day![*]Things I did well
My makeup. I usually either dont wear makeup or i go out hating myself cos i feel it looks aweful, but today i did it for my interview and i kept it simple but i was really happy with it and my skin looked flawless![*]Something I could improve on
Not falling asleep really early by loungeing in bed rather than on the soda![*]What I've achieved today
Went to an interview without freaking out![*]What I've done to look after my mental health bouggt snacks after my interview and rested![*]Something I have to look forward to
Christmas! Being with my family and having a really lovely time. And hopefully facetiming my brother and sister in law.
Its been a bloomin **** year and i want to end it on a high now with my family around me!

What I'm grateful for today
My flat. Its safe and warm and cosy and mine. After spending some time this year having to sofa surf as i was made homeless, i bloody love having my own place that i can call mine.

Things I did well
Keeping hydrated? Thats a positive right?

Something I could improve on
Tidying up my flat, iv lost all motivation to tidy.

What I've achieved today
I left the flat. Only to pop to the chinese but it was leaving the flat!

What I've done to look after my mental health
Snuggled in bed after a horrible night. Watched youtube videos hat have literally made me lol
[*]Something I have to look forward to
Seeing my nephew on christmas day. He never fails to make me smile. I bloomin love him

I struggle so much with hydration, i just genuinly forget to drink...

So far barely even left bed
Deffo not feeling great

What I'm grateful for today
the internet. been sat in bed most of the day feeling poorly, so iv got the tv on my ipad, and TSR and facebook on my phone!

Things I did well
started cleaning the kitchen, washed some clothes, and packed my christmas pressies in a bag!

Something I could improve on
properly tidying my flat...

What I've achieved today
got some clothes washed! :woo:

What I've done to look after my mental health
chilled out in bed again, mostly because physical health was playing up, but thats helped mental health

Something I have to look forward to
seeing my mum and moomin tomorrow
