Hi,

I was wondering what the punishment would be if you used incorrect/fictitious statistics in an AS Government and Politics paper. If you were to use niche statistics which are very hard to falsify would it be worth making some up? This is all hypothetical of course, as I have plenty of good statistics.

I wonder why you ask then...

Unless the stats used are absolutely ridiculous sounding, I doubt very much they will be checked. Hundreds of exams are marked each year. However, I am not completely sure.
