Why would you be thinking of doing 5 A levels? It's an awful lot of work for no gain - no university will make a standard offer of more than 3 A levels, and by doing 5 you risk doing less well in all of them.

I'd imagine Biology is the easiest out of the three Natural Sciences. But if you pick all all three sciences you'd have an awful lot of content to learn. Maths would go well with any of your other choices.
If you pick Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths, you'd have an excellent combo for Medicine.

The traditional three sciences plus maths will keep the most doors open but you should have a think about which area of natural science you really want to carry on studying.
Also as general rules of thumb:
Don't take Physics without Maths
Don't take Computer Science without Maths
Don't take Biology (full A Level) without Chemistry
