hey,i got my accomodation pack today n i'm in county too!

wasn't my first choice but i'm not bothered cos it loooks really good!

it's john creed and it's not that old. it's isn't as new as county south but it certainly isn't falling down. it's nice, you'll like it.

county main is getting refurbished. but it really needs knocking down. it's goodbye to county main and hello lonsdale college!! :p:

John Creed in my personal opinion is considerably better. Your rooms are bigger for a start, and you have a nicer ensuite with a proper shower cubicle, as opposed to the 'wet rooms' all the new accommodation provide you with.

agreed. the shower room is a lot bigger than in the other ensuites.

Perhaps I wasn't reading my welcome booklet well enough but I didn't see what the fancy dress theme or whatever was for County. A friend in another college said hers was cross dressing or something so we should know, right?

Just so I pack something extra for dressing up!

can't wait I'm really excited, I hope we'll get the firm details for freshers week though, the ones on the site are a bit sketchy.

Revolution is a vodka bar I believe ^_^ http://www.revolution-bars.co.uk/ I think I've seen it when we went down for an open day actually, it looks nice.
