My ear is blocked please help.

Help my ear has been blocked for days it makes a popping noise then unblocks but sometimes it doesnt unblock for days I have blocked nose 2 and its dry and strange feeling inside it breathing is hard wen I exercise
Sounds like a blocked Eustachian tube. Try some antihistamines or a hay fever nose spray.
