Interior Architecture is a relatively new discipline/ specialism and the term is sometimes used interchangeably with interior design. Tentatively, I'd offer these definitions:

Interior decoration = fixtures, fittings and furnishing
Interior design = fit outs, branding + interior decoration
Interior architecture = remodelling and reuse of existing buildings + interior design
Architecture = urban design, designing buildings + interior architecture

If you have an interest in specialising in the remodelling and reuse of existing buildings, chose Interior Architecture. If you want to know more about Architecture, look at the "becoming an architect" pages on the RIBA website www.architecture.com.
