Exam January

Hi,

I am entered for my maths edexcel igcse exam in january. Can you cancel your entry for medical reasons? even if they don't refund the money back? or will I get a U in my record for not attending the exam? thanks
Depends on the medical reason. Why can't you sit the exam?

Depends on the reason as @fxlloutboyy said.
Contact your exam board and ask

You can withdraw right up to the day of the exam for any reason, but you need to talk to the exam centre where you made the entry about it NOT the exam board. It's too late to get a refund for the exam board entry except for exceptional circumstances but talk to the exam centre about whether they are willing to refund any of their charge or make the request to the board for a fee refund - but don't keep your hopes up as their admin fee for processing it may be as high as the exam fee.
