Used to live in Nuneaton, but moved three years ago. My uncle and aunt live in Cov with their kids though, and we visit them atleast every month.

It's not a great place - pretty dull, but the shopping centre is quite good: many shops, huge. Transport is ok, but it's mainly a quiet little town. The cathedral and that big statue are the only real historical places of interest.

Personally, wouldn't want to live there.
Nice houses though.

So general conclusion is a shrug of the shoulders - it's very concrete, fair nightlife, lots of bars (few coffee shops!), pretty cathedral but all pretty humdrum. Plus some crime in places, but I don't know how much that is just city norm, as I live in the countryside and always have!

Hm, well it's not exactly inspiring, but seems that it might be worth compromising on the city (which seems alright) for the course I like - History and Renaissance Studies at Warwick Uni ^.^
