What does the time next to a WhatsApp message actually mean tell you?
So say I sent my friend a WhatsApp message when I'm offline. Obviously, it'll only actually be sent when I get back online. But on my phone, the time next to that message will be the time when I submitted that message (i.e when I was offline), not the time that it was actually sent. So, my question is, what time will my friend see next to the message when they recieve it? The time I actually submitted it (which is the time that I see) or the time that it was actually sent (i.e when I went back online)? Thanks for the help
