I really need some help. So, my phone is a Xiaomi Redmi note 3 and recently when I checked my internal storage, there's this file called

dctp and did but with no extension. Am I being hacked? Is that a virus? Or is it from an app?

These files are created by some app with MIUI. They are not viruses, neither do they make your phone slow. You can safely delete them, but they will reappear.
