The roller coaster at Blue Top Towers Park runs continuously from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Assume that it is a weekend.
There are ten hours.(10x 60minutes)/(5+2+3)= 60 rides
Why your answer is 120?

Anyway,I have another questions

1.On the M53 is a sign 'Warrington 20'. Just over half a mile further on is another sign
'Warrington 19'.
This is not really surprising, since the distances are rounded to the nearest whole number of miles e.g. numbers of 4.5 and over but less than 5 become 5,
numbers of 4 and over but less than 4.5 become 4. Half a mile futher along

The distance to Warrington must now be between

A 17.5 miles and 17.6 miles

The answer given is E.Do not understand why the difference is 0.1miles.Shouldn't it be 1 miles?In my understanding,0.5 miles is the largest diffence between two signs,aren't three signs and two difference means 1 miles?

We used to buy a packet of tea every week but since grandmother came to live with us

for 2 i dun understand the meaning of otherwise. but u can try letting the people before be x. try working out equation for after.

for 3, dun be so bothered by their usuage of before. the question is probably just asking for the concept of lowest commonmultiples.

For busy period,600/(5+3)=75
For quiet period ,600/(2+3)= 120

Is Q 2 workable since we do not know how many spoons are there in one packet?
