I haven't got mine either, looks like they don't send it to overseas students. Anyway if you're going to London early for ISOP, you'll be able to find out what's going on in the freshers week before it starts.

In your welcome pack there should be a little rectangle, that says 'FRESHERS EVENTS' on it. It's all multicoloured (but it's mostly pink). You have to fold it out. I was looking for it for ages, then I finally decided to fold that thing out and discovered my calender.

Jessie, I think there might be some sort of problem with you recieving stuff if you havent got this either! Have you had a change of address or something? Probs a good idea to contact ucl asap. Poor you getting left out! Saying that you really havent missed anything with the welcome pack!
