I am in year 12 and have chosen geography A level because I loved it at GCSE. But I have realised that the book that the school has given me if full of BS and it gives you paragraphs and paragraphs of a subject when they would've just written it in a sentence without waffling. The book im talking about is the:

Can you please consider me any edexcel geography books for the new 2016/15 specification and it doesn't waffle. (p.s. I have the old spec CGP book on geo)

Im getting really frustrated with my book (the link is above) and its just so dry

Hey I'm currently using the Edexcel As/A level Geography. Just type it into amazon. It's the Pearson edition and has loads on case studies.

Hey, I'm obvs not the person that was speaking to you earlier, but the book they were talking about is this:
http://www.pearsonschoolsandfecolleg...nd-hazards.pdf

This is what I found on the Edexcel website.

I have no idea how to revise for my Geography either so you're not alone (we're doing the same course)! There doesn't seem to be many resources we can use at all because it's such a new course/we're the first year. I have that massive book you were talking about and I've only really looked at it once because it seems quite over complicated. This Pearson one seems a little nicer to read so maybe I'll buy this but they're so expensive...
