Student loan ! Already hold a degree

Anyone know if I can reapply for a studen loan if I previously have a loan from my previous degree back I 2003 ? I'd like to retrain

unless its for an nhs course i m afraid not.

Is it for any nhs course ?
You can only get funding for nursing or medicine graduate undergrad degrees. You can't get funding for another undergraduate degree
