i want to do chemistry and biology in college and want to study medicine in the future, however i did double science and got a BB is it worth continuing with medicine seeing as AA :biggrin: is preferred. PLease give me some advise thanx!

Well obviously it's worth continuing, because how else are you gonna do medicine? Where there's a will there's a way - if you want to do medicine, you take the courses you need to do it, and with some time and effort, you'll end up with the required grades.

Well then I'd say your GCSEs aren't particularly dreadful. You still have a chance though just as long as you work really hard to get those As at A level and get working on finding work experience so you can write a brilliant PS.

It may be advisable to resit if you want to do medicine as a lot of unis specify A grades in the sciences at GCSE
