i'ld do press ups, but keep your legs at a higher level than your upper body, i.e on a table etc. Did the trick for me.

Press ups and pull-ups work fine.

and u dont even have to lift any weights

...but seriously lifting weights is the way forward, the best exercises being chest press. use dumbells rather than a barbell as these will work the chest area more and also do incline as well as flat bench. fly's are also good.

Well, if it's size you want, the uncomplicated and obvious answer is going to be weights... or if you want to just do pressups etc (not the best way for gaining size) they're going to have to be weighted and low reps.

Do benchpressing, you'll get the most out of it and will be able to make the best progress.

    And punchbag.... honestly??

Pressups worked pretty well for me, though I'm relatively slim so it's easier to see results, and all I wanted was to look a bit less skinny on my upper body.
