I'm 19, I was thinking, since I have got my part-time job reference (he wrote it when the contract ended), could I add it to the teachers one? It's very well done and it describes my attitude very well, so it could give interesting information about me.
Is it allowed?

You only have one reference. If your main referee (your teacher) agrees to include information from your employer that's up to them.
However, UCAS requires an academic reference - it's not for a job application, so it may not really add much to your application.
