in this discourse analysis coding table does anybody know what it means by product, vendor and service features (specify type and number)?

I'm a little confused, and I can't ask my lecturer because she's on leave until next week. This is my first time doing a discourse analysis so I'm out of my depth. ^^
Does product features maybe mean the kind of features described in the products for example size - 50g.
I attached the website we're supposed to be completing the table with.
