Hey guys, happy new year🎉🎉. So I came across one of my past work I did and I was surprised to see a low score as I thought I did good and I don't know where I did wrong and apparently I wasn't answering the question so I was wondering how you guys would go about answering it.

discuss the contribution of psychologists such as pavlov and skinner to our understanding of human behaviour?

12 marks?
Discuss means you need AO1 and AO3

you're essentially explaining the work of Skinner and Pavlov to explain behaviour for 6 marks and evaluating their theories/research for another 6 marks.

For the other 4 marks you need a clear link to an issue or debate. Nature nurture would be the obvious one, or holism and reductionism.

That could work, but you'd have to oppose it 'soft' determinism.
