Help with a biology question

Ebola is a rare disease in the human population but can be passed onto humans from wild animals. Suggest using your knowledge of the immune system, why the disease spreads fast once it is present in one human in an urban area:

I sort of have an answer but since our class hasn't actually covered immunology properly yet, could anyone give me some more science related ideas to write for this thanks :smile:
