Hi guys,
Thought I'd join in on this as it seems like a really good way of focusing on the positives of each day
Today:
Something I'm grateful for-
My parents driving me back to uni today and paying for my food shopping which is so nice of them.
Something I could improve on-
Not getting so stressed! As soon as I got back to my uni house I started stressing out
Something I'm looking forward to-
Placement (but also super scared).

Hi! Not sure we've met before (I've got a goldfish memory and have seen you around, but I presume that if we'd talked, I'd remember, coz of like Vatican-ness
). I'm TLG. Nice to meet you
Subscribing to your blog and wishing you well with it! That's great your parents did a food shop for you
Do you mind me asking what kinda placement you're embarking on?

Yes it is a great way to focus on the positives
So nice of your parents to do that for you -as I live with mine I take it to advantage
I always find writing out what stresses me a useful way to deal with stress. I keep a worry document/book for that purpose
Good luck

Today:
Something I'm grateful for-
Been pretty productive today, managed to do some of my dissertation and feel kind of prepared for placement
Something I could improve on-
I need to not let little things bug me so much. Once I get stressed, one little thing like my printer not working makes me swear like a trooper
Something I'm looking forward to-
The weekend! Think I might pop into town and get my haircut, woo

Missed off yesterday but oh well
Today:
Something I'm grateful for- having a lovely day with my friend, going to town and being productive with Uni work. Definitely helps with my mood.
Something I could improve on- need to start to control my spending habits and get a budget. I'm going to be paying rent for two houses in a week so really need to start saving money otherwise I'll go into my overdraft!
Something I'm looking forward to-submitting my dissertation in a few weeks, can't wait to get rid of the darn thing
