It's currently 4:30am, I'm wide awake and have college tomorrow (4th). What should I do?

I think you need to find consistency in your first personal pronoun.

I usually stick to a fixed strict sleeping pattern after a long period of time of sleeping at 8am (no naps until 10pm even after an all nighter). This takes time to adjust.

Yesterday I went to sleep at 9am and got up at 8pm so I don't know, I am going to stay awake for as long as possible and hopefully fix my sleeping routine.

I used to to the exact same thing. Going to sleep at daytime and waking up at night was so confusing.

It has been pretty much a constant for me at uni, then when I came home I managed to sort my sleeping pattern out but I managed to mess it up again somehow.

Stay up till 9/10pm and go to sleep then. Wake up to an alarm clock, and force yourself into that rhythm
