I'm doing biology, chemistry, physics and fast track maths for a level and I'm in lower 6th. I'm interested in medicine or veterinary. I'm thinking of dropping down to normal maths (over 2 years) because I'm dropping physics at the end of this year as I can't stand it! As far as I know you need to have 3As at A2, so is this a wise idea?

I'm doing bio, chem, phys and geog at the moment (in L6) and I am also interested in medicine - so almost the same as you!
As I don't do maths I don't really know about that side of your question.
But I am dropping physics at the end of the year & it seems to me that unis love maths for medicine, so your plan sounds fine.
I've checked with a few unis & they are perfectly happy with biology, chemistry & geography (the minimum offer is usually AAA).
I'm not sure I really answered your question, but hope it helps a little!!
