I am not sure if you are joking but this is the same guy who wanted to kill old people, invade a country to save birds, build a tunnel to Ireland, replace the calendar, nationalise dead people.
Didn't the Socialists want to relax child porn laws.

:lolwut: wait what!?! I was not aware of this (your not joking tho are you) erm.....thanks for telling me, I'm now reconsidering my vote now

Pretty sure the Socialists also wanted to give pedophiles child porn. Some libertarian mumbo jumbo reasoning.

    So he was joking then?

I only wanted to vote for you because your the only I know out from the candidates and your a decent guy despite your political views :yep:

But I'll wait until everyone submitted their manifesto before deciding

If those 4 candidates run then LP will be the heavy favourate. Nige has shot his reputation to hell and only really appeals to those who have a problem with authority, Hazzer is reasonable enough but not especially prominent, Aph will garner votes from a left who always back their own (they voted for Paddy after saying they'd all vote for Toronto and then decided to make Mad Dog leader of the MUN - i've never trusted their ability to elect somebody since), LP is the recent PM and although he could be more diplomatic, he's generally respected across the House.

    Who is LP?

I assure you it wasn't only those on the left who voted for me

If you go and read the election thread when I decided to run (after a RON), you will see that my support came from many corners :awesome: I could certainly name quite a few Libertarians and Tories who voted for me, for example.

Toronto would have made a better Speaker as I was never going to take it very seriously, but in everyone's defence I did turn it on for that debate to give the impression I would take it seriously.

On that note, by the way, if he is still active toronto will obviously get my vote if he runs.

Edit: Also, there is some evidence that allowing paedophiles access to fake child pornography reduces rates of offending. I don't know if that is what they suggested, but if it was then it isn't particularly ridiculous for them to have done so.

He is indeed, although not too much recently. We're all currently waiting for him to release his edition of Ad Hoc which is several months late.

    I see.

Good memory you have there, the Socialists wanted to legalise producing, buying, and distributing anything that depicts child porn but is not child porn.

For clarification, we wanted to divert paedophiles' attention from children by giving them access to pornographic drawings depicting children.

Also, LP favourite? Really? Even after his fumbling with the Ad Hoc issue?

It is not the AdHoc fumbling that is the problem but the regular short bans he is given by the Community Team. We have seen in the past the Deputy Speaker is a bit slow to take over duties when a Speaker has gone quiet, or has an unexpected absence. It would be a nightmare if LP was banned but the Deputy Speaker did not have all of the legislation sent to him; the MHoC would be paralysed for days.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was something you genuinely had nightmares about.

In the same way you divert the attention of crack addicts by giving them snow
