I'm a first year at university and have only just realised that the essay I have just submitted along with an essay that was submitted a few weeks ago, has the wrong Student ID number. All the digits are correct, however the second and third are in the wrong order. I dont know what to do and I am sort of panicking right now. I have emailed the university, however they haven't gotten back to me yet and I guess I was just wondering if anyone else has made the same mistake or anything similar and what happened to them as I am unsure if I will lose a few marks, or not get credited for my work at all due to the Student ID number being incorrect.

Please help, if you have any idea what is going to happen as I am still new to university and Turnitin and unsure about what to expect.

    Thank you!!!!!!
