Does your weight fluctuate? Watch

    So this is a question that I have been longing to ask for a while. I know it is not mentally healthy to weigh yourself everyday but it has just become a routine habit. One thing that I find so shocking is how my weight can fluctuate between 3-5kgs every day. I know that water weight can affect it but on a weekly basis I can go from being 53.4kg on Monday to 57.8kg by Sunday and the following week be back down to 54.2kg? I am 5'3 so I would like to be around 50kg if possible which I am working on but does anyone else experience this fluctuation? Also sometimes, on days where I have physically gained the weight to me it feels like I have lost some and vice versa. Thoughts?

    Think about how much your food weighs. That weight is always entering and leaving your body so just from that your weight can fluctuate. Scales can also be a bit inaccurate so if you're looking at minor details that can be partially to blame.
    If you are female you can also put on weight before your period.
    That's just a couple of reasons for weight fluctuation, i'm sure there are many more. It's totally normal and not something to bother with.

    Are you weiging your self at the same time every day?

    I weight myself each morning. My weight goes up and down, yes :yep: A few times in a week - a few times a day is just silly. Depends if I'm trying t get it down or not :dontknow:
