Currently I am studying A2 Media, Business and Geography, and I have applied and got an interview for a Graphic Design degree with a foundation year 0. At the moment, I have self tought myself graphic design theory and practical skills and I have produced work such as logo designs, packaging designs, hand lettering layouts, print layouts as well as a van design on work experience.

What im asking, is as I am applying for a foundation year without previously taking Graphic Design as an A level or GCSE, what are the main things that I should be including in my porfolio and are there some key area's that are coveed at A level that I may not be aware of?. I have not been able to find a spec of what A level students have covered, and im not sure how "experienced" I need to be to get a place on a foundation course, I believe in myself 100% but I would like some clarity.

If for any reason you would like to see a sample of my work to help answer my question, I would be happy to post it down below , I just worry about people copying it for whatever reason

http://www.nua.ac.uk/bagraphicdesign/portfolio/ is a good guide to the sort of scale of works required for a Yr 0 portfolio - 20-30 pieces including at least 2 showing the progression of an idea to a final design.
