Last year for AS I revised quite a bit and thought I was quite prepared, however I only managed to get an E in biology. And this year I got a U in my mock 51/110. Is it possible to achieve a C at the end of the year and if so how?
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

I do A2 OCR biology as well and I find it harder than my other a levels (maths, chemistry, computer science). However, I mainly get As, sometimes Bs. Ways I revise:
    - A lot of the time I just read through the text book or my notes
    - Do past exam questions. Examiners are usually looking for very specific things.
    - I make revision cards at the moment. I use the specification so that I make sure I cover all of the content and not waste time on unnecessary stuff. I'm hoping to have a complete set that I can then skim through closer to the exams.

Are there topics or types of questions (e.g. multiple choice, calculations, longer qs) that you particularly struggle with?

Thanks for the quick reply, I can answer multiple questions easily but answering 4 mark questions and higher is where I really struggle. It is the explaining part of the questions what I find difficult.
