A77 in Ayrshire.
For the most part, its just a normal, boring road connecting Stranraer to Glagsow but from Girvan to Stranraer, you get gorgeous views of the Firth of Clyde, Arran, Ailsa Craig, Kintyre and on a very clear day, Northern Ireland. Very scenic

Not one particular road, but I love the drive from Kent to Sussex (Canterbury - Brighton-ish), especially at night when the roads are quiet. M25 southbound, M23, A23, music on, window down, is so relaxing, I love driving like that.

Mine has to be the A1/A1(M) since it has just about all road types/conditions in one.
