    Are there any particular exercises that focus on burning fat from your backside? the obvious suggestion is running but i am wondering if there is anything else that is effective and focuses on this area. I have lost a fair bit of weight through healthy eating and being active over the last year but I am wanting to go a bit further and am putting together a workout routine and this is a major target area of fat reduction. Many thanks

    You can't spot reduce fat, you have to lose overall fat or none at all

    It is physically impossible (without the use of liposuction) to target fat loss to a specific area. Where you gain and lose weight is genetically determined. I'm afraid you'll have to just keep losing weight overall.

    That being said you might want to try gaining muscle on your backside, it may improve the appearance.
