A friend of mine was convicted of a crime he did not commit. The case involves a lot of medical evidence over the course of nearly a decade. He is in the process of appealing his conviction, but is finding legal aid funding pretty hard to come by. There are boxes and boxes of paperwork to go through and research to be carried for the appeal. This could be a perfect opportunity for a post graduate law student to get some hands-on experience in a real ongoing case. If you're interested, please let me know and I can give you more details if required. Thanks.
